Welcome to Creative EDGE Limited! We build custom software, websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which explain how our products work, what you can expect from us, and what responsibilities you have as a user.
“Services” — All services provided by Creative EDGE, including software development, web/mobile app development, design, maintenance, consulting, SaaS platforms, and related operations.
“Client Project” — Custom software or digital solutions developed specifically for a client.
“SaaS Platform” / “Product” — Any subscription-based software provided by Creative EDGE through the cloud.
“User Account” — An account created by Users to access our SaaS products or systems.
You must be:
At least 18 years old, and
Legally able to enter a binding contract.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile any part of our code or systems.
Use our Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to servers, data, or networks.
Reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Creative EDGE will provide a project proposal or agreement outlining:
Scope of work
Milestones
Timelines
Payment terms
Deliverables
Clients must review and approve the proposal before work begins.
Revision policies vary by project and will be defined in the proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client upon full payment.
Creative EDGE retains ownership of underlying frameworks, tools, or reusable components used to build the solution.
Access to Creative EDGE SaaS products requires a paid subscription unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Failed payments may result in account suspension.
Users are responsible for:
Keeping login credentials secure
All activity under their account
Providing accurate billing information
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or outages may occur.
Creative EDGE and the Client agree to keep all project materials, business information, and intellectual property confidential.
Confidentiality obligations survive contract termination.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
If required by GDPR, CCPA, or other regulations, clients may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Some features may integrate third-party tools (e.g., APIs, payment gateways).
Creative EDGE is not responsible for outages, issues, or liabilities caused by third-party services.
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free software
Uninterrupted service
Specific performance results
For custom development, bug fixes within the warranty period may be provided as outlined in the project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Creative EDGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Creative EDGE harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Misuse of our Services
Violation of these Terms
Client-provided content or data
Illegal activity conducted through our platform or software
Creative EDGE may suspend or terminate access if:
The User violates these Terms
Payment fails or fraud is suspected
Misuse or abuse of service is detected
Clients may terminate services as specified in project agreements or subscription plans.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
